A bit of background about me. I returned to live in Vancouver in 2002 after six years of working overseas while living in Wellington, NZ and London, UK. In the 25 years that I’ve been in the business world, as a chartered accountant (now CPA, CA), my greatest and most rewarding work is coaching people – my staff, fellow executives, board members and others within and outside of my organizations. My focus and my passion is to work with people so they can develop into their full potential.
After retiring from the corporate world in early 2015, my focus is to add value exponentially through coaching a myriad of business clients, inspirational speaking and providing business consulting, project management and financial expertise.
As your coach, I am committed to helping you get closer to the point where you live in your full potential. I use a strengths-based approach. This focuses on what’s working well as a basis to help close the gap between where you are now and where you would like to be. My style is to create a wonderfully vibrant and safe space for you to discover new powerful paradigms to enable you to move into your full potential. My personal brand is defined by my personal integrity system. It is built on a solid foundation of trust, respect, honesty, integrity, confidentiality and the highest ethical standards. These standards are guided by the ICF (International Coach Federation) standards of ethical conduct and the ICF pledge of ethics. All of these integral values have been prevalent and practiced and my limits have been tested in my professional background as a CPA, CA.
